Depending on what is required from the client, we either download an already existing model, reverse engineer and design from a provided sample or design a product from scratch based on the clients requirements. The client is also welcome to supply models that he has for manufacturing.
Discuss with the client the intended purpose of the product, and in which environment it will be used as well as external factors that would be acting in upon the product to determine the best material and setup.
This is where the magic happens. Setting up of computer software and printing parameters and final printing of product.
QC and inspection of the part, as well as communication to the client and confirmation that the product is as the client requested and that the client is satisfied. Product will then be packaged and delivered to the client.
